Each project, unique in its own way, and each boasting construction details worth noting - like the grand staircase at 101 Park, the 200+ capacity conference halls with full theatrical lighting at West 46th, and the open gallery with beverage bar and cafe seating, for enjoying meals prepared by Convene’s Executive Chef. On each project, O’Leary Group managed the full RFP and bidding process, contractor negotiations, schedule and budget management, and the full permitting and TCO sign-off process.
